Drafts for each version are saved in this browser. Return to the test to continue where you left off; “Review answers” on the quiz page jumps to any question, and “Start over” clears only the current version’s draft. If storage is unavailable the page will say so — keep the page open and you can still finish.
Recovering tests and purchased reports
“My reports” lists every test for the same visitor. After switching devices or clearing browser data, enter any full order number from this site to recover them. Order numbers are recovery credentials — keep them safe and private. If you never created an order and no longer have the original browser session, anonymous records can’t be recovered from personal details.
A report someone covered for me
The host of a guide for two can cover your full report: it opens when you agree to join their invitation, and the cover is not used if you don’t. That report has no order number of your own, so it can’t be recovered by order number after switching devices or clearing browser data — read it in the same browser where you can. A cover is used once; if the person joining already has their report, it waits for the next one, and an unused cover moves to the host’s next invitation. Purchases are final.
The invite price, and paying to create a guide
If you take the test through someone’s guide-for-two invitation or invite link, your first full report is at the invite price shown on the payment screen, once per person. When you were invited, “Agree, pay and create our guide” joins the invitation and writes your guide for two once the payment goes through; to unlock only your own report, choose “Just unlock my report for now”.
I already took a new test on another device
Expand “Recover other tests” at the bottom of the list. Recovery switches to the visitor that owns the order; the two sets of records are not merged. Save the current visitor’s order number before switching; for records without an order, keep the original browser session.
I paid, but the report isn’t unlocked yet
Go back to the order status page and wait for confirmation, then check “My reports”. On-chain payments can take a few minutes to confirm — please don’t pay twice. If it’s still not resolved, email us below with the full order number, network, token and transaction hash so we can verify it.
Requesting data deletion
Email us below describing which data you want deleted, with a result ID or order number. We need to verify ownership before deleting; you don’t need to send ID documents or your full answers. Without enough proof of ownership, we can’t locate an anonymous visitor from a type or test time alone.
Sharing, guides for two and referral measurement
A personal guide is free to create. It publishes only the three statements you confirm and any reference type or qualitative dimensions you enable. Anyone with the link can read them; answers, scores, order numbers and full reports are not published with the card. For a guide for two, both people must unlock the report they use. A report already unlocked needs no additional purchase. The host can also cover the other person’s report, which opens when they agree to join; the invitation only says it is covered, never who paid or how much. The host separately agrees to publish the relationship they choose, four qualitative categories, the questionnaire version and test date. The other person sees their normal result first, then separately agrees to join. Payment and restoring records do not count as consent; the host cannot see the other person’s payment activity. Generated guides are readable only by the two signed browsers. Close a card in My shares, or close an invitation or withdraw a guide in My guides for two. Independent invitations are unaffected by closing a card; invitations explicitly linked to a card close with it. Downloaded images and copies held by others cannot be recalled. Existing guides from the previous version remain readable and can be withdrawn; old invitations no longer accept new participants.
